לאחר הסדרת המשך החזקת החלקות הקיימות, יתר החלקות הפנויות יחולקו לסטודנטים שיירשמו, בהתאם לסדר ההרשמה ולמלאי החלקות הפנויות.
את התשלום עבור החלקה יש להסדיר בתוך שבוע מיום קבלת ההודעה על הקצאת החלקה.
אם התשלום לא יבוצע בתוך שבוע ממועד קבלת ההודעה, הזכות לחלקה תעבור אוטומטית לסטודנט הבא ברשימת ההמתנה.

תקנון הגינה האורגנית – תשפ"ז
התקנון מנוסח בלשון זכר מטעמי נוחות בלבד ומיועד לשני המינים כאחד.
1. תשלום דמי רצינות ופיקדון
על כל מגדל לשלם דמי רצינות סמליים בסך 50 ש"ח לשנה, המשמשים לרכישת ציוד, תחזוקה, אביזרי גינה וטיפוחה, וכן 50 ש"ח נוספים כפיקדון.
הפיקדון יוחזר בסיום תקין של הגידול בגינה, כלומר לאחר מילוי כל תנאי התקנון ופינוי החלקה במועד הנדרש ובהתאם להנחיות פרויקטור הגינה.
במקרה שבו המגדל לא עמד בדרישות התקנון, לא יוחזר לו סכום הפיקדון.
את התשלום יש להסדיר במזכירות האגודה בתוך שבוע מיום קבלת ההודעה על הקצאת החלקה.
2. מניעת פלישה לחלקות סמוכות
אין לאפשר לצמחי החלקה לפלוש אל מחוץ לגבולותיה, באופן שעלול להפריע למעבר התקין בין החלקות, ובוודאי שאין לאפשר להם לפלוש לחלקה שכנה.
3. אחריות על השבילים והמעברים
השטח שבין החלקות, לרבות המעברים והשבילים, נמצא באחריות המגדלים שחולקים איתו גבול. מגדל שחלקתו גובלת במעבר כלשהו מחויב לתחזק גם אותו ולמנוע בו גדילת עשבייה.
4. קטיף
הקטיף ייעשה מהחלקה הפרטית של המגדל בלבד, על ידיו או על ידי מי שאושר לכך מטעמו.
האמור אינו חל על החלקה הציבורית, המיועדת לרווחת כלל המשתמשים בגינה.
5. איסור הזנחת החלקה
על כל מגדל להקפיד על תחזוקה שוטפת של חלקתו ולהימנע מהזנחתה. הגינה מייצגת את הפקולטה, את אגודת הסטודנטים, את הדיקנט ואת יתר המגדלים.
6. פינוי פסולת
את הפסולת יש להשליך במקום המיועד לכך בלבד, בהתאם להנחיות פרויקטור הגינה.
7. שינוי בעלות על חלקה
על כל שינוי בבעלות על החלקה יש ליידע את פרויקטור הגינה מראש.
8. תחזוקה שוטפת
מומלץ לבקר בגינה לפחות פעם בשבוע לצורך תחזוקה שוטפת, הכוללת עישוב החלקה והמעברים, גיזום, קטיף וניקיון.
9. התראות בגין הזנחה או אי עמידה בתנאי התקנון
כל מגדל זכאי לשתי התראות בלבד בנוגע לתחזוקת חלקתו ולהתנהלותו בגינה.
אם לאחר שתי התראות רצופות, שניתנו בהפרש של שבוע זו מזו, המגדל לא יראה סימני התייחסות לחלקתו בפועל, הוא יאבד את הזכות להחזיק בה ולא יהיה זכאי להחזר דמי הפיקדון.
במקרה שבו המגדל מתקשה להגיע לחלקה במהלך תקופת ההתראות, עליו ליידע את פרויקטור הגינה לפני קבלת ההתראה השנייה.
לצורך קבלת הפיקדון או המשך החזקה בחלקה, על המגדל לפנות את חלקתו או לטפל בה בתוך שבוע מקבלת ההתראה השנייה.
במקרה שבו המגדל יאבד את חלקתו, היא תועבר למגדל הבא ברשימת ההמתנה.
10. איסור שימוש בחומרי הדברה
אין לרסס או להשתמש בחומרי הדברה כלשהם בגינה!
מגדל שיפר סעיף זה יאבד את חלקתו לאלתר, ללא הליך שתי ההתראות המפורט בסעיף 9, ללא החזר דמי הפיקדון, ולא יוכל לקבל חלקה נוספת בעתיד.
במקרה שבו עולה צורך להוסיף חומרים לגינה, יש לפנות לפרויקטור הגינה לקבלת הנחיות ואישור.
11. שימוש בציוד הגינה
ציוד הגינה מיועד לתחזוקת הגינה האורגנית בלבד. אין להוציא ציוד משטח הגינה ללא אישור מפורש בכתב מפרויקטור הגינה.
12. סוגי גידולים מותרים
אין לגדל עצים בחלקות. ניתן לגדל תבלינים וצמחים חד-שנתיים בלבד.
13. גידול צמחים שתלטניים
שתילת צמחים שתלטניים, כגון רוזמרין, לבנדר, נענע, אפונה, שעועית, בטטה ודלועיים למיניהם (כגון דלעת, מלפפון, קישוא, אבטיח ומלון), וכן כל צמח אחר שיש לגביו ספק, מחייבת אישור והכוונה של פרויקטור הגינה.
במידת הצורך, פרויקטור הגינה ינחה לגדל צמחים אלו בהיקף הגינה ולא בתוך החלקות.
אם אושר לגדל צמחים שתלטניים בתוך החלקה, על המגדל למנוע את התפשטותם אל מחוץ לגבולות החלקה, הן מעל פני הקרקע והן מתחתיה.
14. עדכון לקראת תקופת המבחנים
לקראת סיום שנת הלימודים תישלח הודעה לכלל המגדלים, ובה יתבקשו לעדכן אם בכוונתם להמשיך לטפח את חלקתם גם בתקופת המבחנים.
15. פינוי חלקה בסיום שנת הלימודים
סטודנט שאינו מעוניין להמשיך לגדל בחלקתו מתבקש לפנות אותה עד לתאריך 1.9.2027 ולעדכן את פרויקטור הגינה לצורך קבלת דמי הפיקדון.
דמי הפיקדון יוחזרו עד לתאריך 20.9.2027, ורק לאחר קבלת אישור פרויקטור הגינה על פינוי החלקה בהתאם לתנאי התקנון.
🌱 Organic Garden – Regulations and Policies 2026–2027
The organic garden is a community garden at the Faculty of Agriculture, where Student Union members and faculty staff can grow their own plants with guidance and support from the garden project manager.
Registration is now open! Plots will be allocated according to the order of registration and the availability of plots.

The following terms and conditions apply to all growers who receive a plot in the organic garden.
Important Information
✿ Plots are available exclusively to Student Union members.
✿ Receiving a plot is conditional upon:
Payment of a 100 NIS annual fee, consisting of a 50 NIS commitment fee and a 50 NIS deposit. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the growing period, provided that all garden regulations have been followed.
Reading and agreeing to the garden regulations.
Existing growers who maintained a plot during the previous academic year may continue growing in the same plot, subject to notifying the garden project manager and arranging payment for the current year.
After existing growers have confirmed their continued use of their plots, the remaining available plots will be allocated to newly registered students according to the order of registration and plot availability.
Payment must be completed within one week of receiving notification that a plot has been allocated.
If payment is not received within one week, the plot will automatically be offered to the next student on the waiting list.
Garden Regulations
1. Commitment Fee and Deposit
Each grower must pay an annual commitment fee of 50 NIS, which will be used for purchasing equipment, maintenance, gardening supplies, and garden improvement. An additional 50 NIS deposit must also be paid.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the growing period, provided that all regulations have been followed and the plot has been cleared on time in accordance with the garden project manager's instructions.
Failure to comply with the regulations will result in the deposit being withheld.
Payment must be made at the Student Union office within one week of receiving notification that a plot has been allocated.
2. Keeping Plants Within Plot Boundaries
Plants must not spread beyond the boundaries of the grower's plot, interfere with the pathways, or invade neighboring plots.
3. Responsibility for Pathways and Shared Areas
The areas between plots, including pathways and passageways, are the responsibility of the growers whose plots border them. Growers must maintain these areas and prevent weed growth.
4. Harvesting
Harvesting is permitted only within the grower's own plot and may be carried out by the grower or by someone authorized by them.
This rule does not apply to the public plot, which is intended for the enjoyment of the entire garden community.
5. Neglecting Plots
Neglecting a plot is prohibited. Each grower must maintain their plot regularly and ensure that it remains in good condition.
The garden represents the Faculty, the Student Union, the Dean's Office, and the other growers.
6. Waste Disposal
Garden waste, including weeds and clippings, must be disposed of only at the designated collection point, in accordance with the garden project manager's instructions.
7. Change of Plot Ownership
The garden project manager must be notified in advance of any change in plot ownership.
8. Regular Maintenance
Growers are encouraged to visit their plots at least once a week to carry out regular maintenance, including weeding, pruning, harvesting, and cleaning their plots and the surrounding pathways.
9. Warnings for Neglect or Failure to Follow Regulations
Each grower is entitled to a maximum of two warnings regarding plot maintenance or conduct in the garden.
If, following two consecutive warnings issued one week apart, the grower fails to address the issues and show that they are maintaining their plot, they will lose their right to the plot and will not be entitled to a deposit refund.
If a grower has difficulty visiting the garden during the warning period, they must inform the garden project manager before receiving the second warning.
To retain the plot or receive the deposit refund, the grower must address the issues or clear the plot within one week of receiving the second warning.
If a grower loses their plot, it will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
10. Prohibition on Pesticides and Other Chemicals
The use of pesticides, herbicides, or any other pest-control substances anywhere in the garden is strictly prohibited.
A grower who violates this rule will lose their plot immediately, without the two-warning procedure described in Section 9, will not receive a deposit refund, and will not be eligible to receive another plot in the future.
If there is a need to add any substances to the garden, the grower must contact the garden project manager for instructions and approval.
11. Garden Equipment
Garden equipment is intended exclusively for use in the organic garden. Equipment must not be removed from the garden area without explicit written approval from the garden project manager.
12. Permitted Plants
Growing trees in the plots is prohibited. Only herbs and annual plants may be grown.
13. Invasive and Aggressively Growing Plants
Planting invasive or aggressively growing plants, such as rosemary, lavender, mint, peas, beans, sweet potatoes, and cucurbits (including pumpkins, cucumbers, zucchini, watermelons, and melons), as well as any other plants about which there is uncertainty, requires the approval and guidance of the garden project manager.
Where necessary, the project manager may instruct growers to plant these species along the perimeter of the garden rather than inside individual plots.
If permission is granted to grow these plants within a plot, the grower must ensure that they do not spread beyond its boundaries, either above or below ground.
14. Updates Before the Examination Period
Towards the end of the academic year, all growers will be asked to confirm whether they intend to continue maintaining their plots during the examination period.
15. Clearing a Plot at the End of the Academic Year
Students who do not wish to continue growing in their plots must clear them by September 1, 2027, and notify the garden project manager in order to receive their deposit refund.
Deposits will be refunded by September 20, 2027, subject to the garden project manager's confirmation that the plot has been properly cleared in accordance with the regulations.
